Our project managers can discuss general pricing and project duration over the phone but for more specific pricing, we can set up a no-charge appointment to discuss your wish list and prepare a detailed estimate. You may also request a quote from us online. The benefit of speaking with us directly is we may have creative solutions and cost-saving ideas for you that you may not have considered. Permits and Approval Services

If you're unfamiliar with the approval channels we can help. We have extensive experience working with Vancouver Strata's, Condominium Associations and Cooperatives. We coordinate closely in the pre and early stages of the project to ensure all concerns and requirements are met. Strata Councils are always given a single point of contact, day or night, for any concerns or issues that may arise. We can also assist you with City Permits should your scope of work require it.

Project Management Services

If you don't have the time, will, or energy to coordinate and oversee a project, we can help. With every StrataCare project, you will have a project manager taking you from start to finish and fielding all your questions along the way. The project manager handles the planning, ordering, crews, coordination and installation. We are your go-to for any and all concerns and we will keep you updated and in-the-know with clear and consistent friendly communication. A surprise free project is a happy project. We'll talk you through everything to avoid surprises at the end.

Construction Services

If your project is greater than a do-it-yourselfer, we can help. Our phenomenal team of contractors and installers bring great skill and knowledge to all our projects. They are each specialists in their own fields and their attention to detail and pride of work is ever present. They are certified and all carry liability insurance. They are professional, friendly and reliable; a must for anyone working in your home. Our construction team comes from a proud tradition of European craftsmanship and many are 2nd generation serviceman or installers.

Design Services

Should your project require a professional interior designer, we can help. Whether it's a colour consultation for new paint, furnishings and space planning, common areas, kitchen and bathroom design, or material selection , a dedicated professional can assist you as much or as little as you require. They can also create 2 and 3D renderings and permit drawings for your project. If you are working with and architect or designer, we can work closely with them for the construction, installation and finishing portion of your design.

Cleaning Services

Concerned about construction dust? We can help. Our team always takes special care in protecting what's yours while minimizing and containing mess and disruption. Not only will our contractors leave your space clean but we send our professional cleaning service after any renovation to ensure your new space is spotless for your enjoyment. We can also coordinate move-in services and storage services should you require them. We can truly take you from start to finish.
